Cancellation, Return & Refund

You may cancel your order at any time prior to receiving the Shipping Confirmation. If you wish to cancel your order you must email us a ‘Notification of Cancellation’. We will then refund your order within 14 calendar days from the date that we receive your ‘Notification of Cancellation’.

Haggis and Tweed may cancel your order in the case of website errors as described above. If we discover the error before sending the Shipping Confirmation then we will either cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation, or contact you and give you the option of cancelling your order or reconfirming it at the correct price and/or description.

You may return any product in case you are unhappy with the product for whatever reason. If you wish to return a product you must (1) email us a ‘Notification of Cancellation’ and (2) send the product back to us within 14 calendar days from the date you received the product. You will be required to pay all postage relating to the return of the product(s). Any product returned must be in completely new condition, it must have the original tags and packaging, and it may not have been used or processed in any way. You may not return products for which we cannot check whether they have been used/copied such as patterns, magazines and books (or kits that include patterns, magazines and/or books). Haggis and Tweed will refund any returned product(s) within 14 calendar days from the date that we receive the returned product(s).

You may return any product that is faulty or defective as long as the fault or defect is not due to misuse (including use contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions) or normal wear and tear. If you wish to return a faulty or defective product you must email us a Notification of Cancellation (including details of the claim) within 30 calendar days from the date you received the product. Upon receiving your Notification of Cancellation, we will contact you and provide all necessary instructions. You must then send the product back to us and, provided that the product is faulty or defective, we will refund the returned product(s) as well as the cost of return postage within 14 calendar days from the date that we receive the returned product(s).
